Biosignature Modulation

Biosignature ModulationDeveloped by world renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin, BioSignature Modulation is a systematic approach to losing unwanted body fat in specific locations - scientific spot reduction. The science behind BioSignature Modulation comes from skin-fold data gathered over the past 20 years and comparing his data against blood, urine and saliva tests to determine a clients specific hormone imbalance Charles Poliquin has discovered 12 specific sites that can be measured to scientifically determine what hormones need to be optimized and which supplements can be used to achieve rapid results in fat loss...

Hormones and fat storage
Hormones, diet and the right kind of exercise are all critical components in how the body looks and feels. Different hormones have favoured storage sites, for example fat stored on the upper back or on the "love handles" indicates an insulin imbalance while fat stored around the bum and thighs indicates oestrogen toxicity. By correcting your hormonal imbalances you won't continue to store fat in your 'trouble' areas.

How does it work?
BioSignature Modulation allows us to look at specific hormones by taking skin-fold measurements at the 12 specific sites, allowing us to accurately assess where an individual is storing their body fat. The sites are compared to the triceps reading which allows us to compare your bodies relative differences in fat storage.  BioSignature Modulation allows us to then recommend specific supplements, exercise and dietary changes that can specifically target the hormones that are out of balance allowing for quick and effective fat loss in the targeted areas.

Charles Poliquin continues to use BioSignature Modulation with world record holders, professional athletes in all the major sports, and Olympic medalists in sixteen different events; but even if you are not a world class athlete the same principles still apply.

By improving your hormonal profile you will not only benefit from favourable fat loss, you will also benefit from the following:

  • improved insulin sensitivity - reduced risk of diabetes
  • reduced "silent" inflammation - reduced risk of heart disease
  • improved androgen profiles in men - reduced risk of prostate cancer
  • reduced oestrogen toxicity in men and women - reduced risk of hormone-related cancers
  • improved thyroid function - improved metabolism, sleep quality, energy levels
