Personal training with RJS Fitness is undertaken as a rolling monthly investment in your health. Rather than pay-per-session personal training or chosing a particular level of service from a "menu" of options, we only offer all-inclusive packages because we find that greatest success is achieved with the “full” service.
The RJS Fitness L.E.A.N System incorporates the following:
Full health screening and detailed report Postural & biomechanical assessments Biosignature Modulation Digestive function tests Mineral deficiency tests Detailed nutritional assessment Tailored physical training programme Personalised nutrition consultancy Bespoke supplement protocol (all supplements included)
By applying the RJS Fitness L.E.A.N system you will become leaner, stronger, faster, with increased cardiovascular endurance, stamina, agility and flexibility. You will understand your own body and how you are affected by different foods. You will gain a detailed understanding about nutrition, hormones, exercise and significantly reduce your risk of many degenerative diseases such as Alzheimers, diabetes, heart disease, osteoperosis and even some cancers.
2 sessions per week = £590 per calander month
3 sessions per week = £810 per calendar month
4 sessions per week = £999 per calendar month
Payments are made by monthly standing order (minimum commitment 3 months) with the first month paid pro-rata in advance.
