Rob Suchet is the founder and head trainer at RJS Fitness. Featured in Bath Life Magazine, Marlborough Living and The Bath Chronicle newspaper, Rob Suchet is one of Bath’s top personal trainers and has an extensive portfolio of success with clients who have achieved healthy and long-lasting bodyshape transformations.
Rob Suchet holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and continues to regularly update his qualifications and knowledge, learning directly from the best in the field, including world-renowned US based coach Charles Poliquin, whose clients include medalists at each of the last six Summer and Winter Olympic Games. Rob understands people well and is skilled at tailoring training packages not only to a client’s specific needs, but also to their mood. One of the things that sets Rob apart from other trainers is that he is absolutely committed to providing advice to his clients based on the latest and best current scientific research in the field of exercise and nutrition, as well as living by this guidance himself. Rob served for seven years as an Officer in the UK’s elite Royal Marines Commandos, seeing active service in Iraq, Bosnia and Afghanistan as well as training Royal Marines recruits at the Commando Training Centre in Devon. Rob's experiences while serving in the Royal Marines as well as his own continuous desire to improve his scientific and medical knowledge make him unique as a personal trainer in the region.

Jenny Moon Dip PT
Jenny Moon is one of Bath’s highest qualified personal trainers: as well as being a Level 4 Master Trainer and Sports Massage therapist, she has also recently qualified as an Assessor for Active IQ (one of the UK’s leading Ofqual approved awarding bodies, covering Health, Fitness, Sport and Recreation). Jenny is a specialist in injury rehabilitation and lower back pain, and continues to have fantastic success rates with helping clients recover from injury and overcoming chronic pain. Also qualified in exercise prescription for pre & post natal clients and having had two children herself, Jenny understands the importance of staying fit and healthy throughout pregnancy but also the real challenge of getting back in shape post-partum.

Sebastian Bates Dip PT
Sebastian Bates has been working with RJS Fitness since July 2010. Seb is a highly qualified personal trainer; certified in Advanced Nutrition, Martial Arts, Spinning, Circuits and Boxercise. Seb has extensive experience in helping his clients reach their fitness, fat loss or martial arts goals including recently training MMA fighters from novice level to medal-winning success at the UK Championships.
Seb holds a 2nd dan black belt in Tae Kwon Do and his own personal achievements include winning the National Black Belt Championships while a member of the UK national squad. He has also studied western boxing, Jui Jitsu and trained and competed in Muay Thai boxing in Thailand. He has attained a very high level of personal fitness while serving with the Royal Marines Reserves before becoming a Personal Trainer. He has also recently volunteered to 'test' the Biosignature Modulation theory and in 7 weeks went from 14% to 9.6% body fat and gained almost a kilogram of lean mass.
